Computerized Omni Saws

ABC has a total of six computerized saws, three at our Dayton Plant and three at our North Baltimore plant. These saws work off of computers. All of the information for each board of each truss is downloaded to the saw automatically. When the customers invoice number is called up the saw goes into motion asking for specific lumber sizes and grades and then automatically set s up for that board to be cut, --the length and all the angles.

 

Roof Truss Production

 

 

ABC’s Dayton facility has six roof lines able to produce two set ups per line. ABC’s North Baltimore facility has two roof lines to produce four set ups per line and one roof line able to produce two set ups. Many of these lines are equipped with computerized set ups. Which means we are able to download direct from our computer engineered program right to the set up area and the stops used to set up the truss automatically move to form the profile of the truss.

 

Floor Truss Production

 

 

 

ABC has two floor truss machines able to produce hundreds of floor trusses per day.

 

 

Wall Panel Production

 

 

 ABC has a new panel line that assures a quality product at a great price. It is then ready to deliver to your jobsite so you can set all the walls up quickly and efficiently, with minimal labor.

 

 

I-Joist

 

 

We also have two buildings of I-Joist in stock for your convenience.

 

ABC prepares a layout and cuts and marks all orders. We separate the 1st floor from the 2nd floor. You are given a delivery ticket and a cut list along with the layout for ease of installation.
